Her story began in 1931; the vision of an English automobile and aircraft manufacturer, from the outset she was destined to be an exceptional ship.
Throughout her illustrious travels, she has hosted a curious cast of characters, from Salvador Dalí to Amelia Earhart—rich, layers of history that had to be preserved in the contemporary design.
A fresh perspective
Guided by the archives of the National Maritime Museum and photos from the families of Naval seamen whom she carried during their service, the team reinvigorated her 1930s spirit with a fresh perspective
